So i officially started aging some beers as of a few days ago, and realized that this is something I should continue and experiment with. So i grabbed a few, threw a date on them and threw them in my office closet for later consumption. Now the real test of time...
can i keep from drinking them before my chosen time of opening?
Here is what I stashed as of now:
3 bottles of Founders Porter - dates 1, 3 and 6 months out
2 Bombers of Lagunitas Gnarlywine - 6 and 1 year out
1 Bomber of Boulevard Imperial Stout - 6 months out
What I am thinking of adding
North Coast brewery - Old Rasputin
Schlafly - Bier De Garde
Some random Lambic
Chimay - Grand Reserve
Any others i should add to the stash?
